Thank you for being here and taking a moment of your day to get to know me. I am a woman living in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, United States. I live on Dakota land but my ancestry is German, Norwegian and Swedish.

I have been a Certified Massage Therapist for almost a decade. Becoming a CMT all started with finding the value in self-care and service that yoga and healing touch offer. In my therapeutic sessions I use techniques from many modalities learned across many trainings. I have a love for learning things related to maintaining the well being of the body, mind, or spirit.

My spiritual practice involves tarot, astrology, group and individual ritual and ancestral connection and healing. I enjoy both the search for meaning and thinking about how to make meaning. I thrive in and cultivate spaces where I am free to explore how to connect dots and understand how different parts relate and influence one another. I firmly believe when we bring conscious understanding and assessment of all the different parts of ourselves, our gifts and our karmic shadows, we are better able to heal ourselves and continue to heal the world. Understanding and exploring our role in the great story and myth of the universe is a personal calling, so is the calling to guide others who wish to go on a journey of reflection and connection.

My favorite part of my work is the people I serve. Sharing wisdom and skills in order to help others is what fulfills me. I get to foster healing and heartfelt relationships with wonderful individuals. I pride myself in having long lasting professional and personal relationships!
